Return

If the ordered item does not meet your expectations, you can return it. If you want to return an item, you can send an email to info@equitiek.com within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and in the packaging in which you received it. Unfortunately, we can not take back damaged and / or used products.

When you order a product on equitiek.com, within 14 days of the day that;

• the item is in your possession,
• (for multiple items in an order, which are delivered separately) you have received the last item,
• (for an article that consists of several parts) you have received the last part

you have the right to return the item without giving reasons. Within this period, the article may be viewed and assessed unless stated otherwise.

An article can be returned after you have informed us by email (info@equitiek.com).

You can only return the item if:

• the article is complete
• the article is in original condition and undamaged.

When we have the item returned, you will receive the amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days in your bank account. You will also receive a return for the shipping costs of the delivery. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account.
